Respect of Both The Buyer & The Vendor Published in November 10, 2014 Go! Recently I sold my yacht Columbia 27 “Nicely Done” through Yoti at Quays Marina, Bayview. I write this letter to praise and say thank you to the whole team at Yoti but in particular Peter Mactier who handled the sale in a most professional and hassle free manner. Peter has won the respect of both buyer and vendor both of whom he treated even- handedly thereby winning the trust of both. I realise this boat is at the lower end of the market within which you are normally engaged but I believe I could not have had more attention devoted to my sale if the vessel had been at the top end of the market. Peter went out of his way reassuring at all times and even delivering me to my boat and returning to pick me up on occasions to carry out maintenance when I had difficulty getting to the mooring. I was kept continually informed as to any interest or enquiry and I cannot fault the enthusiasm and attitude he displayed right throughout the entire process to a satisfactory conclusion.
