Pleasing and Satisfying Customer Experience

I first met Peter when I enquired about buying my first yacht. As a first time buyer I knew next to nothing about valuations or what to look for in a boat purchase. He took me out on several yachts, he explained the principles of yacht valuations to me, he showed me how everything worked, he gave me string of names for various maintenance contractors and he even organised for a friend of his to help me sail the yacht back to Sydney from Pittwater during lockdown (legally allowed!).
