No Pressure During the Buying & Selling Process

I rang Glenn from Hong Kong while looking at another boat. My first impression was a straight up guy. I chose to fly to Australia to look at one of his listings. I found Glenn to be a decent guy that returned phone calls, texts, emails and confirmed appointments. I did not get this from several other brokers. As a buyer I respect that Glenn was working for the seller (as he should), he was batting for them but still built a relationship with me that enabled the deal to happen. I felt no pressure applied during the buying/selling process. Overall I feel Glenn did a good job and both parties felt comfortable during the transaction. – Dale Tournier
