'Esprit' is a 2015 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 439, listed exclusively for sale with YOTI on Pittwater. 

Jeanneau is one of the world's largest and most established production yacht builders, and the Sun Odyssey 439 is a Philippe Briand design that balances easy handling with real offshore capability. This is a one owner boat and they have done a fantastic job keeping the boat well maintained throughout their ownership. 

'Esprit' has been well maintained and upgraded, with plenty of recent work. The sail wardrobe is current, with a three-reef mainsail (2022), a furling jib (2024) and a Code Zero (2022) on its own furler. 

The shrouds were replaced in 2021 and the rudder bearing in 2024. The twin wheel cockpit is protected by a bimini and dodger with a link sheet which are all in great condition. Additionally, the boom has an awning built into it that extends out for additional shade as well as a triangle bow cover. The davit system works exceptionally well with 530 watts of solar on top which also holds a 290 Highfield BL (2019) with a 9.8 Yamaha (2020) outboard on the back. Sailing is kept easy and straight forward with everything led aft as well as 3 electric Harken winches available and 1 manual. 

Electronics are all B&G, headed by a Vulcan 7 chart plotter (2023) with hydraulic autopilot. Two 200Ah lithium house batteries and a 3000-watt inverter make her well suited to extended time at anchor. 
Below, the interior is in immaculate condition. This is a three-cabin layout which sleeps six, plus two more on the drop-down saloon table. There are two heads with showers, and a transom shower for after a swim. 

'Esprit' suits the buyer wanting an offshore-capable cruiser, or the local sailor looking for a comfortable, well-equipped boat for Pittwater and beyond.
