Flat Chat is a 2010 Bavaria 38 Cruiser, listed exclusively for sale with YOTI on Pittwater. 

A genuine one-owner boat from new, Flat Chat has been berthed locally on Pittwater since day one and has enjoyed a mix of family cruising, weekending and casual club racing. She presents in impressive condition and has been intelligently updated and well maintained, making her an excellent all-rounder. 

This is the desirable two-cabin layout, providing a spacious forward master cabin with a semi-island berth, while also allowing for the additional large cockpit storage locker - a particularly practical feature for cruising and family use. The cockpit boasts the drop-down boarding / swim platform plus custom corner seats. 

She is powered by a Volvo Penta 40hp diesel, with approximately 1,350 hours. The engine has been regularly serviced and is complemented by a three-blade folding propeller. There is a solar panel neatly mounted on the bimini and the house batteries are Lithium. 

Flat Chat is well specified for both cruising and racing. The winch package has been upgraded to six winches, including two electric winches. There are two furling genoas - a racing sail and a robust Dacron cruising sail, with the Dacron headsail in crisp condition.
