A Bill Dixon designed 60′ cruising yacht custom built in rolled steel by Premier Yachts in the United Kingdom and launched in 1998. The original owners spent some 10 years cruising the world before settling in Australia and putting ‘Sea Glass’ on the market. She is a unique yacht – fitted out to superyacht standard and features a rotating aero rig. The couple who bought her are from Seattle and had been searching for a steel yacht with an enclosed cockpit for some three years before finding Sea Glass listed exclusively with Yoti in Australia. An offer was made subject to inspection, survey and sea trials and the purchaser flew out to Australia to undertake these tasks. Having concluded the sales process, the family – compete with three children all under the age of ten – have now arrived and moved aboard and are looking to cast off into the Pacific in the near future.
