Another Great Sailing Story Published in July 31, 2015 Go! Here at YOTI, the only thing we love more than sailing are the stories of the people behind it. A great little story recently was a result of one of our vendors seeking to get out in the big blue and log up some more sea miles. Mike has a very neat Bavaria 30 listed for sale with YOTI in Adelaide. Mike had some free time approaching and mentioned to us his want of getting back offshore. Only a couple of weeks later we had him onboard a delivery of the MBD 41 Banshee from Noumea to Coffs Harbour. Asked if Mike minded there was no auto-pilot on such as delivery – ha, no way bring it on! The crew of three were skippered by very experienced skipper Mark Goode and completed the passage in 4 days, 23 hours and saw a lazy 14 knots boat speed at one point.
