Tim, you are a true professional, from your first inspection of my boat till my final signature on the sale contract, you did everything a vendor could ask for. Over the past 44 years and 12 boats I’ve dealt with many brokers, this was my best experience. I also noted the service Tim gave to the buyer and I know he was just as impressed. Because of the buyer’s work commitments he relied on Tims advice and paid the initial deposit subject to survey and test sail without inspecting the boat first. I should add that a very good friend of mine bought a boat a couple of months previously off Tim’s partner Peter and was just as delighted as I was with the service he received. – Rod Lynch
