Jeanneau Sun Legende 41 - Mon Ami - $109,000.00

Mon Ami is a 1987 Jeanneau Sun Legende 41 (SL41), now exclusively listed with the team at Yoti and currently moored in Pittwater.

Mon Ami was designed by Doug Peterson and built in France by Jeanneau Yachts and has a Kevlar strengthened hull (developed by Jeanneau and Dupont) known as Amarat K, which is a combination of glass fibre and Kevlar which is recognised as being stronger than steel on a strength/weight ratio basis.
The SL41's are renowned for their elegant lines and solidity and as a fast and powerful blue water capable yacht that handles well in all seas and weather conditions, the fin keel greatly assisting the yachts performance to windward.

The SL41 has a generous cockpit and Mon Ami boasts an EV 200 plus linear5 drive autopilot (new in 2014), a Simrad NSS8 integrated GPS which is mounted conveniently on the steering binnacle along with full instrumentation.

Mon Ami was fully re-rigged in 2011 at a cost of $22,500 (owner has receipts). The chainplates were replaced at the time of the re-rig, as was much of the running rigging and a new Yanmar 54 hp diesel was installed in 2006 which has logged around 1700 hours and still presents in excellent condition.
Below decks, the interior teak timber work presents well for a boat of her age and gives a feel of warmth and comfort. Mon Ami has a three double cabin configuration and there is a separate L-shaped galley on the port side and forward of that, a large and comfortable dinette capable of seating a multitude of guests and has the capacity of seating more guests once the large foldout table is deployed.

Mon Ami is a well found, solid and comfortable blue water cruiser that is now ready to go sailing, so please don't hesitate to give us a call here at Yoti for further details and to arrange an inspection.
