'Molon Labe' is a 2001 (Hull #32) Sydney 38 that is now listed exclusively for sale with YOTI Sydney Harbour.

Designed by Murray Burns Dovell and built by Sydney Yachts, this boat was originally commissioned and campaigned as 'Cuckoos Nest' for Sydney to Hobart winning skipper - Nigel Holman.

The Sydney 38 is still one of the most versatile yachts around. Designed to take on the most demanding situations, they are a simple yet powerful yacht to sail and provide as much excitement whether its pottering around the cans in the twilights, taking on the ocean or challenging yourself against a still active one-design fleet.

The large open cockpit in the Sydney 38 is easy to move around when racing and is equally suited to entertaining when the day is over. Below deck is a spacious and functional layout which is easy to look after. There is a large navigation area, pigeonhole storage system, plenty of space forward for sail stowage and surprisingly comfortable accommodation for the odd weekend away.

Molon Labe is very much a "turnkey" offering. Her standing rigging was replaced in March this year, she has recently been antifouled, her rudder bearings were replaced in 2023 and she has an extensive sail wardrobe including a new carbon main.
