YOTI proudly presents for sale this Swan 44 MKII known as 'Shey II'.

Built in Finland and launched in 1999, this stunning vessel is notably offered for sale by her original owners. This must be one of only perhaps a couple of Swans of this generation in our whole blue world still owned by her original owners.

Presenting in extremely impressive condition, 'Shey II' has lived on Pittwater since day one and has been kept under boat cover for almost her whole life. Never raced, she has had an easy life of casual weekend family sailing. This is a comfortable, two cabin / two heads layout with large private double cabins and additional berths for crew or family. Make no mistake, this is a beautiful and practical cruising interior with full galley and large tankage.

Quality build and sailing pleasure sum up this German Frers design. 'Shey II' is hull 152. The teak decks and internal woodwork are in excellent condition. Standing rigging was replaced in 2015. There is a lightly used furling #1 from Norths (new in 2023), plus a #3,#4 (doubling as a storm jib) and trysail. There is a striking bright pink spinnaker with snuffer.

Instrumentation by Garmin were replaced new in 2017 with plotter at the nav station and ample cockpit displays. There is also an autopilot. Quality in fittings and construction is obvious everywhere from cockpit lockers, oversized Harken deck gear, and cabinetry.
