As one of the last 450's built by Lagoon Catamarans in France, 'Moana' is a 2022 model of the very popular and practical Sportop version of the award-winning Lagoon 450. Presenting as new, 'Moana' is very intelligently specified and complete Bluewater cruising catamaran.

Now located in Pittwater, Sydney, as a fully tax-paid Australian boat, 'Moana' was specified as the three-cabin owners' version with 57hp diesels with only 1300 hours. She was also specified with current B&G navigation and sailing instrumentation, a full Victron lithium house battery inventory and management system, and 2300w of solar panels across a stainless steel arch and flexible panels on the cabin top. The idea of this configuration was to have a green but very self-sufficient position that the owner could enjoy whilst cruising.

The Highfield RIB lives on a large set of davits, which can be operated by the manual spinnaker winches or one of three electric Harken winches at the helm.

The helm position allows fantastic vision from the wheel. At close quarters, every corner of Moana can be seen for easy berthing. Another advantage of the helm position is the large composite bimini top, allowing safe and easy mainsail storage.
