The Lagoon 42's design was game changing. This is such a versatile size and layout - big enough for world cruising and easy enough to handle by one or two. Stepping on board is seamless with just two wide steps onto the clear single level cockpit and then into the saloon. The helm station with comfy double seat gives ultimate visibility while remaining connected to friends and family in the cockpit. The headsail is self-tacking... Just so easy. There is also an electric winch. The davits are simple, strong and hardly noticeable.
'Laguna' features the larger 57Hp Yanmar engines with folding props. There are two fridges plus freezer, all toilets are electric, a beefed up battery bank, plus the Highfield tender with outboard completes the step on and sail away package.
