Our aim when we put our boat on the market was to sell it for the highest possible price and quickly. The boat was 8 years old and in almost new condition. The reputation of the hybrid version was not so good as many boats had been re-engined. This boat was suited for cruisers looking for a reliable save sailing cat with lots of space.

The reason we chose YOTI was their close Lagoon relationship with the brand and the effort that was put in promoting similar boats on their website.

One of the directors, Tim Vine, took care of preparing a proposal and my first impression was good as speed and responsiveness was shown. After signing a contract for sole agency, Tim flew from Sydney to Airlie Beach to prepare the promotional information.

Over a time period of 6 months we had regular updates and straight conversations about shown interest and possible buyers. No false hopes or salesman talk, just facts. Always communicating. A good sales person needs to qualify seller and buyer and focus on results, not wasting time on non-buyers.

Tim and his team, I must say, ticked all the boxes. Professional nice people and knowing what Yacht brokerage is all about. We did get the best possible outcome and would recommend Tim and his team to anyone selling or buying a boat.
