Warwick 55 Performance Cruiser - Shahtoosh
Warwick 55 Performance Cruiser - Shahtoosh
Shahtoosh, a semi-custom Warwick 55 Performance Cruiser embodies the performance and accommodations usually associated with much larger yachts. Completed in 2001, she was meticulously finished in modern materials by Salthouse Boatbuilders, New Zealand. This vessel provides ocean-capable cruising, style and comfort without sacrificing speed. Carefully-planned space utilization has resulted in a comfortable owner’s stateroom aft, a generous saloon and a fully-equipped navigation centre, as well as two guest cabins, providing a total sleeping capacity of 6. The owner’s stateroom comes complete with settee, queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Situating the galley in the aft companionway provides a discreet and secure area for the chef, while a complete audio/visual entertainment system keeps the guests amused. Close attention to aesthetics have produced a strikingly handsome yacht. The design team succeeded in combining generous accommodations within a modern, low-profile hull shape. Equal attention has been given to performance. Modern appendages and a low-drag body ensure sparkling performance on all points of sail. A self-tacking jib, fully-battened mainsail, Matrix carbon-fibre mast and in-boom furling system along with an electric winch package provide plenty of horsepower, all easily controlled at the push of a button from the helm station. Shahtoosh is currently lying in Phuket after completing the Kings Cup. She may be viewed by appointment by contacting the exclusive Australian listing agent, Yoti.
